The EU-LEAP team participated in a conference organized by Expertise France dedicated to the topic: "Understanding Corporate Governance Reform in the Context of State Ownership Rationalization: Privatization as a Factor Facilitating the Implementation of Reforms in State-Owned Enterprises."

An undervalued assessment means losses for the state and communities. An overvalued one creates barriers for business and investment. An inconsistent one undermines trust in the judicial system and the financial sector.

Anti-corruption reform began in 2014 after the Revolution of Dignity. In 11 years, Ukraine has risen from 152nd place in the corruption perception ranking to 105th. This is the result of the work of NABU detectives and SAP prosecutors, as well as the High Anti-Corruption Court, which has handed down 312 verdicts in its six years of operation. For comparison, the number of verdicts before the creation of the HACC averaged 10 per year.
