Maksym Balym
Head of the Organization
Education: National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy; Taras Shevchenko National University, Master of Law.
Area of Expertise: strengthening civil society participation in policy-making, developing the organization's analytical and research capabilities, forming cross-sector partnerships, and supporting transparent decisions in the management of public resources.

Valeriia Hrytsenko

Education: Mykolas Romeris University (Vilnius, Lithuania), MPA, National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, MPA.
Areas of expertise: strategic and operational management of organizational activities; coordination of teams, internal processes, and resources; ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery. Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring public policy reforms; engaging with stakeholders; building partnerships; and advocating for legislative and institutional changes.

Iliya Mykhaylov

Anastasia Fomitchova

Education: three-year degree in law, philosophy, and a master's degree in international relations, Sorbonne University in Paris; PhD in political science, University of Ottawa. From 2017 to 2021, she was a fellow of the European Research Council's research program "Social Dynamics of Civil Wars".
Area of Expertise: analysis of the sphere through a combination of mixed methods of social and economic sciences, political, social and behavioral research, international experience and practice in the field of problem identification and policy making.

Maiia Kashtan

Area of Expertise: strategic communications, partnership building, information campaign management, organization of public events and media relations. She has experience in implementing communication strategies in the public and non-governmental sectors, coordinated volunteer campaigns and teams, and was responsible for reputational communications and transparency in anti-corruption projects.

Education: Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), major in Business Management
Areas of Expertise: Project management and workflow coordination, preparation of analytical reports and research. Project planning and oversight, collaboration with teams, and monitoring of project execution. Management of digital communication channels, data analysis, and decision support in a dynamic environment.
