Annual Report 2025
  • Focus: public asset management as a comprehensive policy.

  • Scope of activities:

    • 22 analytical and policy products.

    • 6 concepts of reforms (TOR).

    • Expert support for ≥11 legislative initiatives.

  • Directions:
    corporate governance of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, NPLs, seized property, land schemes, municipal bonds, PRRO, privatization, stock exchange infrastructure, de-shadowing of the economy.

  • Working groups: Ministry of Finance, Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development, Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Public Procurement.

  • Educational direction: 8 all-Ukrainian webinars (2000+ participants).

  • Communications: website launch, active presence on Facebook and LinkedIn.

  • Partnerships: EUACI, Stanford University, ARMA, Prozorro.Sales, Ministry of Economy,

Annual Report 2024
  • Focus: preparatory and analytical work on public administration reform.

  • Directions:

    • Analysis of legislation and regulatory practice

    • Development of conceptual approaches to change.

    • Advocacy and expert support for reforms.

  • Main projects:

    • PRRO reform (together with the Ukrainian PRRO Association).

    • Implementation of corporate governance in public utilities (with support from EUACI).

    • Beginning of systematic cooperation with the Ministry of Economy on the implementation of Law No. 3587-IX on Corporate Governance in State Enterprises.

    • Expert interaction with the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development.

  • Funding: international organizations, partners.

  • Institutional development: role formation (strategic advisor, lawyer)

Annual Report 2023
  • Focus: Increasing national resilience by combining humanitarian assistance in wartime with institutional reform in the public sector.

  • Areas: assistance in conditions of full-scale war to IDPs, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the beginning of coordination of projects in the field of public administration.

  • Main projects:

    • Smart Aid Ukraine – IDPs in Poltava region were provided with humanitarian assistance in the form of packages formed by purchasing goods from local businesses.

    • Assistance to the military (night vision devices, drones, cars).

    • Think Tank Project – launch of an analytical direction with a focus on public asset management (participation in the preparation of 3 draft laws).

  • Funding: EU4CSO (European Union for Civil Society Organisations), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

  • Structure: small team on a volunteer basis.
