Focus: Increasing national resilience by combining humanitarian assistance in wartime with institutional reform in the public sector.

Areas: assistance in conditions of full-scale war to IDPs, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the beginning of coordination of projects in the field of public administration.

Main projects:

Smart Aid Ukraine – IDPs in Poltava region were provided with humanitarian assistance in the form of packages formed by purchasing goods from local businesses.

Assistance to the military (night vision devices, drones, cars).

Think Tank Project – launch of an analytical direction with a focus on public asset management (participation in the preparation of 3 draft laws).

Funding: EU4CSO (European Union for Civil Society Organisations), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
