When we assess the results of privatization in 2025, it's important to look at them without illusions and without emotion. Compared to 2024, one thing is clear: the pace of budget revenue generation has noticeably slowed. Total proceeds from small and large-scale privatization in 2025 amounted to UAH 4.8 billion, whereas in 2024 the state received UAH 12.65 billion.

But on its own, this figure doesn't indicate failure — it more likely reflects a shift in the stage that the state asset market currently finds itself in.
