  • Focus: public asset management as a comprehensive policy.

  • Scope of activities:

    • 22 analytical and policy products.

    • 6 reform concepts (TOR).

    • Expert support for ≥11 legislative initiatives.

  • Topics: corporate governance of state-owned enterprises and municipal enterprises, NPLs, seized property, land schemes, municipal bonds, PRRO, privatization, stock exchange infrastructure, de-shadowing of the economy.

  • Working groups: Ministry of Finance, Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development, Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Public Procurement.

  • Training: 8 nationwide workshops (2000+ participants).

  • Partnerships: EUACI, Stanford University, ARMA, Prozorro.Sales, Ministry of Economy.

  • Focus: preparatory and analytical work on public administration reform.

  • Areas of focus:

    • Analysis of legislation and regulatory practices.

    • Development of conceptual approaches to change.

    • Advocacy and expert support for reforms.

  • Key projects:

    • PRRO reform (software cash register) in cooperation with the PRRO Association of Ukraine).

    • Introduction of corporate governance in municipal enterprises (with the support of EUACI).

    • Start of systematic cooperation with the Ministry of Economy on the implementation of Law No. 3587-IX on corporate governance in state-owned enterprises.

    • Expert interaction with the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development.

  • Funding: international organizations, partners.

  • Institutional development: role formation (strategic advisor, legal advisor, permanent project managers).

  • Focus: enhancing national resilience by combining wartime humanitarian response with institutional reform of the public sector.

  • Areas of focus: assistance to internally displaced persons and the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the context of full-scale war, support for reforms in the public sector.

  • Main projects:

    • Smart Aid Ukraine - project that provided humanitarian aid packages to IDPs in the Poltava region, which were formed from the purchase of goods in the Poltava region and the enhancement of regional business capacity.

    • Assistance to the military (night vision devices, drones, vehicles).

    • Think Tank Project – launch of an analytical direction with a focus on public asset management (participation in the preparation of three draft laws).

  • Funding: EU4CSO (European Union for Civil Society Organizations), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, volunteer-based work format.

  • Structure: small team on voluntary bases.
